Working with Captivated Health
Advisor Partners work closely with Captivated Health to assess prospects to assure that the prospect’s positioning and goals are aligned with the plan. There are five steps to bringing a new member to the group.
Successful prospects should be those who embrace a culture of consumerism, health & wellbeing. They are financially stable and possess favorable demographics and experience. It is also vitally important that the Advisor Partner understands the past three years’ financial performance.
Captivated Health works closely with the Advisor Partner to qualify the prospect. To tailor the concept presentation it is important to know the audience (Board/CFO/Finance and/or Benefit Committee). We will also engage other Captive partners as part of the discussion as needed.
All of the required tools to gather information required for creating a proposal are available to Captivated Advisor Partners via a secured website. A complete census, copy of the existing plan renewal package, the cost sharing arrangements, and other data are key to creating an accurate and compelling proposal.
Prior to a proposal being presented to the prospect, Captivated Health completes a 5-year cost analysis and illustrations that are customized to the prospect’s unique situation. We will review every facet of the presentation with our Advisor Partners and will assist in best practices to close the sale.
The Advisor Partner works closely with the Captivated Health team to review policy issuance, perform legal reviews (as needed), engage TPA, HRA, HSA (etc.) contracts, craft the necessary bylaws and plan documents and more. We also help to craft an implementation strategy, which includes compliance, wellness and reporting mechanisms.
